We were very sad to hear of Raymond's passing. He was an amazing man. He was a well loved and respected and important man in our families' lives. My mother and father, May and Jack Millar loved seeing Raymond....in Belgium when we lived there as children...
And later when he came to visit in Victoria, and Vancouver with Marie-Rose. He was interested and knowledgable in so many things....he loved life and all it had to offer.
He affected all our lives in so many good ways and will always be remembered by us.
